Whether you're just starting your degree or preparing to graduate, Shadforth offers valuable hands‐on experience, flexible work around your studies, and a genuine pathway into our Graduate Program.Key Responsibilities May IncludeAssisting Project Engineers, Site Engineers and Estimators with the delivery and planning of civil construction projectsSupporting project planning, programming and coordination activitiesConducting site inspections and monitoring project progressAssisting with tender preparation, quantity take-offs and cost estimatesSupporting procurement, project cost tracking and reportingAssisting with quality assurance documentation and project reportingBuilding strong working relationships with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clientsContributing to a safe and productive work environmentAbout YouCurrently studying a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (1st, 2nd,
3rd or 4th year)Available to work 2–3 days per week around your university scheduleA confident communicator with a willingness to learnStrong problem‐solving and organisational skillsFull Australian working rightsCurrent Driver's Licence and reliable transportConstruction White Card (or willingness to obtain before commencing)What's in it for you?
