Leading by example, you will manage an established campus with a focus on stability, excellence, and student re-engagement.
This role reports directly to the State Principal and will commence in Term ******, on Monday 18 January.Kairos is committed to supporting the staff who support our students.

and the local community.Ensure campus compliance with educational standards and college policies.Key RequirementsThe successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Education as a minimum requirement, with postgraduate qualifications in leadership or management highly regarded.
You will be highly relational, demonstrating a genuine interest in developing meaningful relationships with young people while upholding the key structures of the school.Kairos Community College is committed to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
