You will take ownership of end-to-end People & Culture across a workforce of 85+ employees, spanning across multiple network operations.
The function is being rebuilt, giving you the chance to shape processes, influence culture, and drive outcomes.As a pivotal member of their team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities,
including but not limited to:Key responsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end recruitment across a growing headcountPartner with leaders to support performance management and developmentDesign and implement employee wellbeing programsLead training needs analysis and coordinate learning initiativesMaintain and optimise HR systems, including BambooHRProvide day-to-day P&C; advice across a diverse workforceSupport a business undergoing structural and operational changeWhat you will need to succeedStrong generalist HR or P&C; experience with hands-on deliveryProven end-to-end recruitment capability in fast-paced environmentsConfident stakeholder engagement across leadership and site teamsExperience in construction or childcare is highly regardedAbility to work on-site and stay connected to operationsA team-first mindset with a practical, adaptable approachWhat we can offerHigh-impact position with immediate priorityOpportunity to reset and shape the P&C; functionWork closely with senior leadershipExposure to a multi-sector, fast-growing business
