Your new company Hays has partnered with an organisation seeking a Recruitment / HR Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support key people initiatives across the business.
Your new role Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes across professional, technical and operational positions while providing broader HR support.Key responsibilities include:Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functionsPartnering with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategiesSourcing, screening and interviewing candidatesCoordinating interviews, reference checks and pre-employment screeningPreparing employment offers and managing candidate communicationsBuilding and maintaining talent pipelines for future workforce needsFacilitating onboarding and induction activitiesMaintaining HR records and employee dataSupporting employee lifecycle activities, including promotions, transfers and offboardingAssisting with HR systems,
