Join our friendly and professional Front Office team as a Night Auditor and play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences.This is a part-time overnight position working from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service around the clock.About The RoleAs Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's overnight operations, supporting guest needs, and completing the end-of-day financial and reporting processes.
You will be the key point of contact during overnight hours, ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of all guests.What You'll Be DoingWelcome late arrivals and assist guests with enquiries, requests,



and overnight concernsHandle guest complaints professionally and efficientlyComplete the night audit process and reconcile daily transactions across all revenue centresPrepare and distribute daily revenue, occupancy, and incident reports for managementConduct property security checks and manage after-hours accessMaintain accurate records and provide clear handovers to the morning Front Office teamEnsure compliance with hotel procedures, health & safety standards, and company policiesQualificationsAbout You!
