Your new company Hays Human Resources is partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit a Senior Employee Relations Specialist.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ER professional who enjoys managing complex workplace matters, influencing senior stakeholders and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.Key Responsibilities:Manage complex employee relations matters end-to-end, including performance, conduct, grievances, investigations and workplace conflict.Provide expert advice on employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, Awards and workplace policies.Support organisational change initiatives, including consultations, restructures and redeployment processesManage Fair Work and employment-related disputes, claims and conciliation matters.Coach and support leaders through complex workforce matters and difficult conversations.Prepare investigation reports, employment documentation and formal correspondence.Contribute to policy development, governance initiatives and continuous improvement activities.What you'll need to succeedSignificant experience in employee relations,
