Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ceiling & Partition Supervisor to oversee multiple projects across the Gold Coast.Your new roleReporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all on-site ceiling and partition works across a number of active projects.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on program and to the highest quality standards whilst maintaining strong relationships with builders, subcontractors and site teams.Key responsibilitiesSupervising ceiling, partition and plastering installation works across multiple projectsManaging and coordinating subcontractors to ensure productivity and programme targets are achievedLiaising with Site Managers,
Project Managers and builder representativesConducting site inspections and quality assurance checksManaging site safety compliance and toolbox meetingsMonitoring labour allocations, materials and site resourcesIdentifying and resolving construction issues proactivelyMaintaining project schedules and reporting progress to managementWhat you'll need to succeedProven experience supervising ceiling and partition packages on commercial or high-rise construction projectsStrong understanding of plasterboard systems, suspended ceilings and lightweight partitionsAbility to manage subcontractors across multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong knowledge of WHS legislation and site compliance requirementsTrade qualification in plastering, carpentry or a related discipline is highly regardedWhat you'll get in returnCompetitive salary package of $180,000 - $200,000 + SuperStrong pipeline of Gold Coast high-rise projectsAutonomous role with genuine leadership responsibilitySupportive management team and positive company cultureOpportunity to work alongside some of the region's leading builders
