We are currently seeking a welcoming and organised
Administration Officer to provide support to the management team at
Bethanie Gwelup
Aged Care Home.
This role is offered on a
part-time
basis, and
you will be available to work the following shift pattern.
Week 1 and Week 2.
Friday *************
Saturday *************
The role of Administration Officer offers diversity in daily
tasks and lots of challenges, therefore we are looking for a
well-rounded individual with a passion for customer service and a
'can do' attitude.
You will have highly tuned administration skills
along with a genuine interest in the aged care industry.
In addition, you will also be willing to act in a front of house
role as concierge.
In this role, you will assess a variety of
visitors' needs and direct them to the appropriate channels in a
professional and efficient manner.
About You
Demonstrated experience within a busy administrative
position, ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar
environment, with understanding of financial management
databases and payroll / rostering systems an advantage
High level of attention to detail, with the ability to
learn new processes and software quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including
presentation and report writing skills
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a
team
Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The
Bethanie Group
Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police
Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
The Role
Provide a customer-focused service for employees,
residents, visitors and suppliers
Assist in the collection and recording of resident
information related to admissions
Prepare and maintain admission and information packs
Assist in management of payroll, rostering and accounts
receivable / payable processing
Assist with enquiries from families in regard to
residents
Other administrative duties as required
