It involves coordinating project documentation, monitoring site activities to ensure compliance with technical, safety, environmental, and quality standards, and contributing to scope, schedule, and cost management.The Main Duties Of This Position IncludeProvide effective site representation as Council Officer across a range of projects.Delivery of projects including the direct management of contract works.Planning of projects including review & agreement brief – Scope, supporting info, responsibilities, Program, Estimate v budget, stakeholder identificationUndertaking Stakeholders ConsultationMaintain Communications RegisterUse appropriate forms of communication and tools – email, letters, formsPrepare Project Management PlansEnsure permits, and planning approvals are in placeReview and monitor – Environmental, Quality, WHS Management PlansIdentify Procurement Strategies.Undertake tendering through drafting RFT documents (scope, specification, special conditions, schedule, Separable Portions), and Prepare Quotation Evaluation Plan, submission evaluations and evaluation reports for projects.Drafting letters/correspondence, procurement, risk identification, review of contractor's management systems.Prepare Gantt charts and identify & track milestonesPrepare Cost Breakdown, Cost Plan EstimatesPlease refer to the Job Description under the Job Attachments for a comprehensive list of duties, responsibilities and skills required.The advertised salary is based on the grade of the position, comprising of 4 steps within the range shown.
