Our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health nurses and allied health professionals provide personalised, recovery-focused care to support meaningful outcomes for every individual.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care and support to individuals across a range of mental health presentations.
The position is available on a full-time basis working day shifts, with part-time opportunities also available for the right candidate.
The Position
Providing nursing care in keeping with the Registered Nurse classification.
Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the day to day mental health and basic physical care requirements of patients.
Participate in mental health assessments, risk assessment and management, alcohol and other drug assessments, history taking and developing comprehensive nursing care plans.
Ensure patients receive the highest level of care and treatment in line with contemporary clinical nursing practice.
Ensure confidentiality for patients and that their personal information is maintained at all times.
Ensure hospital policies, procedures and standards are adhered to and demonstrated through work practices.
You will hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, with recent mental health nursing experience and a demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
You will possess robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

The Benefits
Salary $75,381 to $105,865 (pro rata basis if part time) plus 12% superannuation
Permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week.
