As Site Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and delivers high-quality outcomes for our customers.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with your team to drive performance, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
This role contributes by:
Leading daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, cost and delivery targetsSupporting and developing a motivated, engaged and safety-focused site teamEnsuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards and site proceduresDriving continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant performance, efficiency and productivityIdentifying operational issues and implementing practical solutions through process improvements, training and best practice
About you:




You have experience in manufacturing, production, industrial operations or a similar environmentYou're a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, supporting and developing your teamYou have a solid commitment to workplace safety and operational excellenceYou can prioritise competing demands and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentYou bring a practical, continuous improvement mindset and enjoy finding better ways of working
