including rosters and documentationMaintain document control systems and contribute to process improvement initiativesWhat you'll need to succeedExperience in administrative support within operations, maintenance, or asset management environmentsStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn asset/maintenance systems (e.g. CMMS)Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and data interpretation skillsEffective communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently and within a team in a dynamic environmentCurrent C Class Driver's LicenceExperience in asset maintenance or water industry environments (desirable)What you'll get in returnYou'll receive a competitive hourly rate plus penalties, ensuring you're well compensated for your efforts.This is a short‐term contract, with the potential for extension.
