This is an organisation where people thrive and are looking for like-minded individuals to join their Sydney team.Your recent roleManage a portfolio of complex personal injury claims, supporting individuals throughout their recovery and claims journeyBuild and maintain relationships with customers who have experienced injury or life-impacting eventsReview information from a range of sources, including medical professionals, rehabilitation providers and other stakeholdersWork collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate timely and appropriate claim outcomesDevelop and implement claim strategies that support fair and sustainable resolutionsMonitor claim progress, identify potential barriers and help guide matters toward resolution,
