community participation ensuring dignity and respect in all interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport clients independence and daily routinesSupporting participate in local community activitiesRequirementsRelevant experience in disability support or a related field.Cert III or IV in Disability Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (preferred).
NDIS Worker Screening Check & First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
