Based in a contemporary CBD office, you'll play a key role in ensuring the workplace runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for staff, clients and visitors.Your new roleAs the Workplace Coordinator/Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and serving as the face of the business.
Your duties will include meeting room and visitor management, coordinating office facilities and suppliers, managing mail, couriers and deliveries, supporting events, liaising with building management, and assisting with workplace safety and incident response.
You will also provide day-to-day operational support to employees and work closely with the Business Operations team on a variety of ad hoc tasks.What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in a Reception, Workplace Coordinator,
