Due to ongoing project demands and a growing pipeline of work, they are seeking experienced Floor Preparation & Restoration Technicians to support project delivery across multiple south of the river sites.Your new roleCompleting floor preparation works in readiness for flooring installationCarrying out concrete grinding and surface preparation to required specificationsUndertaking floor levelling works using nominated products and systemsCompleting crack repairs and surface remediation works as requiredApplying moisture treatment systems where necessaryAssessing and preparing surfaces to meet installation requirementsEnsuring floor level tolerances are achieved prior to installation worksMonitoring moisture content requirements and reporting any issuesEnsuring surface condition requirements meet project specificationsOperating floor grinders and associated preparation equipmentWorking closely with site teams to ensure installation prerequisites are metMaintaining high standards of quality, safety,
