Known for their strong relationships, protected worksites and consistent project delivery, they provide a professional, team-focused environment with genuine investment in their people and ongoing business growth.Your current roleAs Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of construction projects, primarily focused on running site operations rather than being on the tools.
You will coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely on programme and to quality standards.
While the role is largely supervisory and project-focused, there may be occasional hands-on involvement as required.
You will work closely with project management, providing clear communication, leadership and oversight across all stages of the build.What you'll need to succeedProven experience as a Site Supervisor or Senior Foreman in residential and/or commercial constructionStrong understanding of construction methodologies,



sequencing and site coordinationAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsSound working knowledge of WHS legislation and on-site risk managementStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and competing prioritiesCurrent Construction White CardValid Driver LicenceDesirable: Trade background (Carpentry or similar)Experience with subcontractor-driven projectsExposure to digital site tools or project reporting systemsFirst Aid certificationWhat you'll get in returnYou will receive a competitive salary package of up to $110,000 + Super, with some flexibility available for the right experience (within role scope)The package also includes a company vehicle or car allowance, fuel card, mobile phone and laptop, plus access to a supervisor bonus scheme following successful probation completionStandard 40-hour work weekStable local employment in MackaySupportive management teamOpportunity to progress as the business continues to grow and expand its project portfolioLHS *************** - Tamika Nuttall
