The organisation is continuing to strengthen its payroll capability and is seeking multiple experienced SAP SuccessFactors payroll professionals to join its collaborative and fast-paced team.Your new roleJoining a specialist payroll team supporting a large and complex workforce, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations while contributing to payroll system testing, validation and improvement activities.Responsibilities may include:End-to-end fortnightly payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)Payroll reconciliation, validation and quality assurance activitiesSingle Touch Payroll (STP) reporting and compliance obligationsPayroll testing, documentation and user acceptance testing supportProcessing complex payroll transactions and responding to payroll enquiriesSupporting payroll reporting,
data remediation and system enhancementsManaging high volumes of payroll requests and maintaining payroll data integrityWhat you'll need to succeedExtensive experience in end-to-end payroll processingStrong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experienceExperience conducting payroll testing, validation and documentationProven experience processing payroll for medium to large employee populationsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet critical payroll deadlinesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage high-volume workloads within a complex environmentHighly regardedPrevious Victorian Government or public sector payroll experienceExposure to payroll system implementations, migrations or transformation projectsWhat you get in returnHourly rate commencing at $***** + Super (ability to increase rate depending on experience)Initial 3–4 month fixed-term contract with potential extension opportunitiesHybrid working arrangement with flexibility availableExposure to payroll systems improvement and transformation activities
