You will deliver a mix of end-user support, infrastructure support, and application administration.Key responsibilities include:Deliver Level 2 end-user and service desk support across hardware, software, and systemsProvide Level 1 support for key business applications such as Aconex, Primavera P6, Revit, Revizto, and SAP ECTRSupport infrastructure including networks, endpoints, and site connectivity (Level 2)Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Citrix, and SAP environmentsCoordinate with internal IT, DSI support teams, and third-party vendors to resolve incidentsMaintain documentation for systems, configurations,
