We're looking for people with a good attitude, who are hardworking and reliable — the kind of teammate others can count on.The opportunityAs a Production Operator, you will support the end-to-end production process — from raw material handling through processing and extrusion, to packing, paletizing and finished goods movement.
You'll operate equipment, complete checks and records, and help maintain safe, clean and efficient work areas across the plant.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & plant operationOperate production equipment to meet daily output and quality targets, including extrusion, dosing, grinding and material handlingComplete routine start-up/shut-down tasks and production checksPerform basic, low-level maintenance within your training and capabilityFollow work instructions and accurately complete production recordsPacking area responsibilitiesOperate packing equipment and support line changeovers as requiredWeigh, pack and label product to specificationCheck packaging quality and label accuracy, and report any issuesPelletize, wrap and prepare finished goods for storage/dispatchMaintain packing consumables and keep the packing area organised and efficientMaterials handling & forklift operationLoad,
