Their people-first culture is reflected in the support, mentorship, and career opportunities they provide, creating an environment where motivated individuals can continue to learn, grow, and progress within the business.Your new roleWorking closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale education project in Tamworth.Key responsibilities will include:Drafting and managing subcontractor scopes of worksAssisting with contract administration and contractual documentationConducting QA inspections and maintaining quality recordsSupporting site safety inspections and compliance requirementsCoordinating project documentation and reportingMonitoring project compliance across various work packagesAssisting with progress tracking and project programmesManaging invoice processing and project administrationLiaising with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholdersWhat you'll need to succeedTertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related disciplinePrevious experience as a Cadet, Site Engineer, or Contract AdministratorStrong organisational and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage project documentationProficiency with Microsoft 365 applicationsExperience using Microsoft Project, Procore and/or Jobpac will be highly regardedA proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced construction professionalsWhat you'll get in returnPermanent position on a significant education project through to at least September ****Exposure to site, commercial, quality and safety functionsMentorship from experienced Project Managers and Site ManagersLong-term career development opportunities within a large builderAccommodation provided for the right candidate if relocatingSupportive and collaborative team workplace
