Your new company This global leader in the production and supply of health products has their head office in Sydney and their key production site located on Brisbane's north side.Your new role Reporting to the finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of accounts receivable, payable and administrative processes.Your responsibilities will include:Raising and processing customer invoicesCreating and maintaining customer credit applicationsFollowing up outstanding payments and managing collectionsReconciling bank statements and receiptsMaintaining accurate financial recordsScanning and filing documentation relating to product samplesProviding general administrative support to the wider teamWhat you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in an Accounts Officer,
Finance Officer or similar roleStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsExperience working with an ERP system (SAP experience highly regarded but not essential)Excellent communication skills and a professional approach when liaising with customersThe ability to manage competing priorities and work independentlyWhat you'll get in returnThis is a fantastic prospect for an experienced finance professional looking for flexibility, with the option to work 3 full days per week or 5 shorter days, along with some work-from-home flexibility once established in the role.
