Their work spans medium-density developments, project housing, and small-scale commercial builds, including a strong pipeline of childcare projects.Your new roleDue to continued growth and a number of recent project acquisitions across the Eastern seaboard, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Estimator to join their Special Projects team.
In this role, you will focus on a portfolio of childcare centre developments alongside medium-density projects.Key responsibilitiesKey responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Preparing and issuing quotation requests to suppliers and key subcontractorsCompleting Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
for labour and material procurementReviewing and analysing cost breakdowns in line with project budgetsWhat you'll need to succeedA strong estimating background across medium-density, residential, or commercial construction (experience with childcare projects highly regarded)Proficiency in estimating software such as Databuild, Bluebeam, Planswift, or similarHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills, with the confidence to provide and receive feedbackA proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-performing team environmentWhat you'll get in returnIn return, you will join a leading organisation known for recognising and supporting its people.
