Lead Training Excellence Across Queensland South Coast Radiology (SCR) and Imaging Queensland (IQ) are seeking an experienced and passionate Clerical Training Manager to lead clerical onboarding, training, and workforce development across Queensland.
This newly expanded role offers the opportunity to shape training programs, develop high-performing teams, and drive consistency across one of Queensland's largest private medical imaging networks.About the Role Reporting to the Queensland Administration Services Manager, you will oversee the development and delivery of clerical training programs across SCR and IQ.
You will support and mentor Clerical Development Trainers, develop onboarding and competency programs, and partner with leaders across the business to build workforce capability and improve employee experience.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with regular travel across Queensland.Key ResponsibilitiesLead clerical training and workforce development initiatives across QueenslandDevelop and maintain onboarding, induction, and competency-based training programsSupport, coach, and mentor Clerical Development Trainers and administration teamsCreate engaging training resources, learning pathways, and assessment toolsDeliver face-to-face, virtual, and on-the-job training across multiple sitesPartner with leaders to identify training needs and support workforce capabilityMonitor training effectiveness, compliance requirements, and development outcomesDrive continuous improvement across onboarding, education,
