About the roleCouncil Worker Driver: A local council in the western Sydney area is looking for a civil labourer with a truck licence to join their team.
This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving our local roads, footpaths, parks, street furniture replacement, drainage work, and metal fabrication, contributing to a protected and vibrant community.
This is a perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door with a local government organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesRoad maintenance, specifically driving trucks to and from the work site, maintaining drainage structures.repairing failed road pavements/ footpaths, operating minor plants, using hand power and air tools.Assist with site preparation, clean-up,
