Construction delivers an extensive range of specialist services in the areas of infrastructure, storm water drainage, bridge maintenance, transport network technologies, trades, land remediation, asset intelligence, lighting and facility services.
The Role
This is an exciting leadership chance to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Council depots that support the delivery of essential infrastructure services across Brisbane.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring sites operate safely, efficiently and effectively, while creating environments that enable field-based teams to deliver outstanding services to the community.
As the Depot Coordinator, you'll lead operational performance, champion safety and drive continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of depot facilities.
Working closely with leaders, stakeholders and service providers, you'll influence positive outcomes,



strengthen operational governance and help shape the future of depot operations across Council.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple Council depots to ensure safe, efficient and reliable service delivery
champion a strong safety culture by promoting Zero Harm principles and proactively managing operational risks
oversee depot operations including site access, logistics, storage, shared facilities and contractor activities
build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, depot users and external service providers to support operational outcomes
identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency and value for money.
To be successful you will have:
experience leading complex operational services or multi-site environments, delivering safe and productive outcomes
a robust commitment to workplace health and safety, risk management and operational compliance
proven leadership skills and the ability to foster a high-performing, values-based team culture
excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build productive working relationships
solid communication, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills, with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes
