Quality ManagerSouth Nowra, NSW $100,000 – $130,000 + Super (DOE) Monday to Friday | Flexible Start TimesWe are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a growing manufacturing organisation based in South Nowra.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of quality systems within a regulated workplace, supporting both compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Quality, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and act as the on-site Quality lead when required.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and improve QMS within a regulated manufacturing environmentOversee document control, deviations, CAPAs, and change management processesSupport batch review and product release activitiesConduct internal audits and assist with external and regulatory auditsLead investigations relating to quality issues, non-conformances,
