We're looking for someone who can go behind the scenes with the founders on our board — capturing their stories, their journeys, and the messy, exciting reality of building a startup from zero to one, and be able to turn that into content that makes people inspired and want to be part of this ecosystem.This is a role for someone who's genuinely curious about the startup world and wants a front-row seat to how founders think, decide,
and build while helping tell their stories to a wider audience.responsibilitiesHelp plan, script, and film short-form founder interviews and behind-the-scenes content ( Reels, LinkedIn)Help turn founder conversations into compelling narrative contentSit in on founder conversations/events where possible to tell authentic storiesManage a content calendar and consistently publish across Hyphae's channelsCollaborate with Em on tone, direction, to build as stronger brand for HyphaerequirementsNo background required but preferred:scripting and storytelling instinctsvideography and basic editing experience (CapCut, Premiere or similar)existing presence or interest in growing a personal or brand social channelgenuine interest in startups, early-stage building, and founder journeyscomfortable interviewing people you haven't met beforeself-starter who can work with minimal oversight and figure things outwhat you'll gainLots of cool founders that will become your friends and have a outstanding network of people to surround yourself when you build your own startup someday!
