You'll partner across business and technology teams to define requirements, shape solutions, and support delivery of business-critical initiatives that improve customer experience and operational effectiveness.Partnering with stakeholders across business and technology to gather, validate and prioritise requirementsTranslating complex needs into clear requirements, user stories and analysis artefactsFacilitating workshops, interviews, walkthroughs and discovery sessionsDocumenting as-is / to-be processes,



including robust process mapping (BPMN)Supporting delivery teams through solution design, business readiness, testing and implementationProactively identifying process improvement opportunities and driving outcomes5+ years' experience as a BA across technology and transformation initiativesStrong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation and communication skillsDemonstrated capability in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentationExperience with user story mapping and persona-based requirements gatheringKnowledge of BABOK tools/techniques (highly regarded)Comfort using AI-enabled tools to support BA activities (desirable/advantage)Experience in Telecommunications / Energy / Power / Gas / ElectricityExposure to Telecommunications BSSBackground in large-scale enterprise and/or customer-facing environmentsAgile delivery experience across cross-functional product teams
