Job Description
The Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Full Time Payroll Officer to join a team-oriented team in our Kewdale office.
Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you will help ensure smooth payroll operations across the team.
Key responsibilities:
End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll for our workforce
Providing timely and accurate responses to payroll-related queries
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, company policies, and enterprise agreements
Delivering exceptional internal customer service to employees across the business




Desired Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1-3 years proven experience in a similar role, as well as the following attributes:
Understanding of Australian tax and employment laws
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Diligent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to problem solve and foster collaboration and cooperation
