We're looking for an AI Specialist to design, build, and ship AI agents and applications that solve real problems - with genuine ownership from idea through to production.This is a hands-on, build-focused role.
You'll partner with Business and Support Analysts, Product Managers, Delivery Leads, and our Quality Assurance Engineer across all six product teams in our Customer, Data, and Technology function, turning ideas into working, well-governed AI solutions.What you'll doDesign, build, test, and ship AI agents and workflows using tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft FoundryIntegrate AI solutions with SCI's Policy Management, Claims Management, and Data Intelligence platformsDesign and run evaluations to measure agent accuracy, reliability, and safetyHelp shape SCI's responsible AI standards, data handling practices, and guardrailsCoach other teams on safe, effective AI use, and build reusable prompts, templates, and documentationUse Git Enterprise, Azure DevOps, and Azure services to deploy and maintain solutions to a skilled standardWhat you'll bring2–3 years' experience building AI or software solutions, ideally including LLM-based agents or applicationsHands-on experience with Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft FoundryPractical skills in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), MCP server integration,
