Working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and fellow theatre staff, you will ensure procedures are conducted smoothly, safely and to the highest clinical standards.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and setting up surgical instruments and specialised urological equipment for each procedurePerforming scrub and/or scout duties across a range of urological surgeriesConducting thorough pre-operative safety checks in line with best-practice perioperative protocolsHandling and operating essential specialised equipment including endoscopic systems, laser devices and irrigation systemsAssisting the surgical team throughout procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomesMaintaining a safe,
