The company places strong emphasis on data-led decision-making and continuous product improvement to maintain a leading market position.Your current roleAs a Research & Analytics Analyst, you will support the product, advisory, and market research function to deliver insights that inform product development and pricing strategy.
You will contribute to research across a range of insurance portfolios (including on-sale, off-sale, legacy, and group products) and provide both qualitative and quantitative analysis on competitors, market dynamics, and portfolio performance.
You will leverage tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI to analyse data, develop reports and dashboards, and present insights to key stakeholders.
The role will also involve monitoring competitor activity, assessing the impact of product changes, supporting tender submissions,
