About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Canberra team, supporting the delivery of a major education project valued at $80M+.
This role will have a strong focus on external works, landscaping, civil interfaces, finishes and project completion activities, ensuring quality outcomes are achieved safely, on time and to program.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, subcontractors and consultants to coordinate site operations and drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across external works and landscaping packagesManage subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to achieve project milestonesMonitor project progress and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specificationOversee quality assurance, inspections, defects management and completion activitiesCoordinate finishes, commissioning and handover requirements where requiredMaintain site records,
reports and daily diariesWork closely with the project team to ensure program and budget objectives are achievedEnsure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirementsIdentify and proactively resolve site issues and construction challengesProvide leadership and support to site teams and subcontractors
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Supervisor or Foreman role within commercial constructionExperience managing projects valued at $50M+Demonstrated experience delivering external works, landscaping, civil interfaces or project completion stagesEducation, health or government project experience highly regardedStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing and site coordinationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentationSound understanding of workplace health and safety requirementsStrong leadership, planning and problem-solving abilitiesRelevant trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management highly regarded
