Deliver consulting services for Managed Print Services opportunities, supporting the NSW and ACT territoryWork closely with direct sales team to grow Managed Print Services portfolioEngage directly with clients to identify business challengesUse consultative selling approach to assess and analyse IT environmentRecommend optimised solutions and services that address strategic goalsSupport customer assessment and audit activities using industry-leading applicationsCapture, analyse and model current-state environmentsDevelop data-led recommendations for future-state optimisationRequirementsRelevant sales or consulting experience, ideally in managed print services and software solutions, with a proven track record in achieving resultsExceptional verbal, written, social, presentation and interpersonal skillsBroad technical and problem-solving abilityExperience managing customer engagements through to completion, with strong customer adoption outcomesSound analytical skills with great attention to detail and the ability to turn data into strategic insightAdvanced Microsoft Excel capability is highly desirable, including the ability to analyse, cleanse, model and present complex datasets.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI is also desirable, particularly for developing dashboards, visual insights and customer-facing reportingStrong financial and commercial acumen,
