How You Will Make An ImpactOwn and support customer cloud environments, troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions that keep critical systems online.
Day to day you will:Address and resolve incidents and service requestsManage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.Manage and monitor all systems ensuring the highest levels of availabilityTake ownership of support request and releasesEnsure customers continue to follow the standard processCreate monthly customer status reporting on the monthly service agreementsProvision and configure cloud-based resources to manage customer environmentsBe proactive in customer environments, applying skills and technical brillianceApply DevOps processes & methodologies as required
Skills & QualificationsTertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline desirableMicrosoft Azure and/or M365 certifications advantageousAt least 1 years' experience in IT engineering / operations or similar fieldKnowledge in one or more of the following technologies is idealMicrosoft Azure & M365 Security Services including ▪ Microsoft Sentinel ▪ Microsoft Defender Suite ▪ Microsoft Purview / Information Protection ▪ Azure/M365 Security WorkloadsAzure AD & Identity GovernanceModern Endpoint Management (Windows *******, Intune, AutoPilot, Enterprise Mobility)Microsoft Azure Cloud PlatformsMicrosoft Azure Application DevelopmentAzure DevOps or DevSecOpsAzure Security ServicesTerraformAble to work autonomously and use initiative to achieve desired outcomesAble to explore new challenges, and know when guidance from someone with more domainexperience is required
