The team is currently acting on a number of significant and high-profile investigations and proceedings involving consumer rights, product liability, financial services, environmental events and alleged corporate misconduct.The practice is driven by a commitment to improving access to justice and holding large organisations accountable, giving lawyers the opportunity to work on matters that can deliver meaningful outcomes for large groups of affected individuals.Your new roleAs a Class Action Solicitor, you will work alongside experienced litigators on complex and often high-profile matters from investigation through to resolution.
This role offers exposure to all stages of the class action lifecycle, including:Investigating potential class actions and assessing claimsConducting detailed legal research and strategic case analysisDrafting pleadings, court documents and settlement materialsEngaging with clients, experts, counsel and other stakeholdersAssisting with court hearings, mediations and settlement negotiationsSupporting the progression of large-scale and multi-party litigationContributing to matters involving consumer protection, product liability,
