Services Manager – MBCP ProgramsMax Term Role to 30/6/2027Part time role – 4 days per weekPA8.1-PA8.3This Services Manager role leads the operational performance, sustainability and continuous improvement of Men's Behaviour Change and Counselling Services across multiple locations.Reporting to the Statewide Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure services are safe, effective, compliant, and responsive to diverse clients and communities.This role also supports workforce leadership, risk management, budget oversight and stronger integrated responses across the domestic and family violence sector.Key RequirementsRelevant tertiary qualification (minimum bachelor's degree) in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Behavioural Science or Social ScienceSolid understanding of Men's Behaviour Change and Domestic Family ViolenceExtensive leadership of complex service delivery programs and multidisciplinary teams.Solid financial management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.Current QLD Driver's License and Blue Card.Supporting Change and Safety – Ending Domestic and Family Violence through behaviour change practice, leadership and advocacy
