This is a hands-on role where you will drive practical change outcomes, bridging strategy and execution to ensure successful implementation.Your responsibilities will include:Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver workforce and operating model changesTranslating organisational structures into clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilitiesDeveloping position descriptions and role documentationCreating responsibility matrices and defining ways of working across teamsFacilitating workshops to resolve ambiguity, overlap, and competing stakeholder viewsSupporting transition planning and embedding of the new operating modelProviding pragmatic,
