Your new company You will be working for a leading Telco company based in Sydney CBD.Position OverviewYou will play a key role in the evolution of customer-facing products and platforms, with a solid focus on BSS, CRM, middleware and digital channel integration.
Working on strategic initiatives including consumer product enhancements and early upgrade programs, you'll be responsible for designing enterprise-scale solutions that span digital channels, assisted service channels, CRM platforms and integration services.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Solution Architect within a large enterprise environment.Strong experience within the telecommunications industry.Deep understanding of Business Support Systems (BSS).
