We are partnering with a NSW Government organisation to recruit an experienced Workforce Transition Advisor / HRBP to support a significant workforce transition program.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, Workforce Transition Specialist or Change HR professional who has worked on workforce restructures, redeployment programs, organisational redesign or employee transition initiatives within large and complex organisations.Working closely with leaders, employees and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in supporting workforce transition outcomes, managing redeployment activities and helping employees secure suitable opportunities across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advice and support to employees and leaders throughout redeployment and workforce transition processesPartner with managers to identify transition risks and develop practical workforce solutionsAssess employee skills and experience to facilitate suitable role matching opportunitiesCoordinate priority assessments, redeployment activities and workforce mobility initiativesDeliver information sessions and briefings relating to workforce change programsMaintain accurate data,
