Your new company An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Supply Planner to join a global manufacturing organisation with a strong market presence and a reputation for quality and innovation.
Working as part of a collaborative Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring product availability, inventory optimisation and supply continuity across a portfolio of manufactured products.

With a stable and supportive team environment, they offer the opportunity to work across end-to-end supply chain processes while contributing to business performance and service delivery outcomes.Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for:Developing and maintaining supply plans to support forecasted customer demandBalancing inventory levels to achieve service targets while minimising excess and obsolete stockCollaborating with demand planning,



procurement and operational teams to identify and mitigate supply risksManaging replenishment planning and intercompany stock transfersCoordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure material availabilitySupporting S&OP; activities through supply planning insights and recommendationsMonitoring and reporting on inventory and supply chain KPIsMaintaining planning parameters and master data within SAPCoordinating annual stocktakes, including reporting and variance investigationsIdentifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance planning effectivenessWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Previous experience in a Supply Planner, Materials Planner, Inventory Planner or similar supply chain planning roleStrong SAP experience, particularly within MRP planning processesExperience working within a manufacturing environmentStrong inventory management and replenishment planning capabilityExposure to S&OP; and cross-functional supply chain collaborationAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsExperience within chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial manufacturing, FMCG or other complex manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.What you'll get in return$115,000 - $120,000 + Superannuation5% annual performance bonusHybrid working arrangement with up to 2 days working from homeSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to join a global organisation with strong career development prospectsExposure to end-to-end supply chain planning and continuous improvement initiatives
