Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver scalable functional solutions.Key responsibilitiesEliciting and analysing business requirements and translating them into functional specificationsConfiguring Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement modules) and PowerApps to meet business needsActing as the key liaison between business users and technical delivery teamsProducing high-quality functional and design documentationSupporting testing, implementation,
