Working at the intersection of policy, program delivery and assurance, the team is focused on ensuring services are equitable, evidence-based and aligned with regulatory and community expectations.Your new roleLead end-to-end assessment and quality assurance activitiesProvide oversight of workflow, workload planning and risk identificationInterpret complex evidence and apply structured frameworks to high-risk casesPrepare explicit, evidence-based written advice, recommendations and decision documentationSupervise and support assessors, including coaching and performance feedbackManage Requests for Information processes and stakeholder engagementOversee data management, reporting and system recordkeepingContribute to continuous improvement through process refinement and SOP updatesThis role operates with a high level of autonomy and requires strong judgement in managing sensitive and complex matters.What you'll need to succeedExperience from within the APS in assessment, assurance, compliance or regulatory environmentsSecurity requirement:
