What you'll be doing:
You'll be the friendly face (or voice)
our customers connect with, helping with:
Phone and counter sales
Answering customer questions and offering product advice (don't worry, we'll train you)
Processing orders, invoices and quotes
Supporting with stock management and picking orders
Keeping things running smoothly with general admin tasks
Building excellent relationships with our customers through honesty and helpful service
