Working within a collaborative delivery team, you will develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, build integrations, and support the delivery of customer-centric digital services.Key responsibilities include:Designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions, workflows, and customisationsBuilding and maintaining integrations between Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and external systemsDeveloping custom plugins, APIs, workflows, and reusable componentsDelivering Power Pages solutions, including portal development and front-end customisationPerforming data migration, integration, and data quality management activitiesTroubleshooting system issues and implementing performance improvementsWorking closely with business stakeholders, analysts,



and project teams to deliver CRM enhancementsProviding technical documentation, user support, and knowledge sharing across the teamWhat you'll need to succeedExtensive experience as a CRM Developer, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environmentsStrong experience with Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power PagesSolid development experience using JavaScript, .
