Following significant growth and ongoing transformation, the organisation is investing heavily in its people, systems and processes to build a scalable and high-performing workforce.Your new role Leading and executing the People & Culture strategy aligned to organisational growth.Acting as a trusted advisor on HR, ER/IR, workforce planning, WHS and organisational development matters.Driving HR transformation initiatives across systems, processes, governance and workforce capability.Leading workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and performance frameworks.Supporting organisational change initiatives and integration activities.Building scalable people processes, structures and frameworks.Managing compliance across employment legislation, awards, policies and procedures.Partnering with leaders to improve employee engagement, capability and retention.Leading and developing a growing People & Culture teamWhat you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced senior HR leader who thrives in fast-paced,
