Your new companyA well-established and growing electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Electrician to join their team on a permanent basis.Operating across the commercial construction, fit-out, healthcare and industrial sectors, this business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality electrical, communications and technology solutions throughout Sydney.Your new roleReporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee electrical installations across a range of commercial construction and fit-out projects while leading and mentoring junior electricians and apprentices.This is a hands-on position offering variety, autonomy and long-term career development within a supportive team setting.Key responsibilities include:Leading electrical installation works on commercial projectsSupervising and mentoring electricians, apprentices and trade assistantsReading and interpreting plans and specificationsFault finding,



testing and commissioning electrical systemsCoordinating with clients, subcontractors and site personnelEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standardMaintaining compliance with Australian Standards and site requirementsWhat you'll need to succeedNSW Electrical LicenceMinimum 2 years' post-apprenticeship experiencePrevious Leading Hand or senior electrician experienceStrong knowledge of AS**** and current electrical standardsCurrent driver's licence and ACMA licenceStrong fault-finding and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesExperience in commercial construction, fit-outs or healthcare environments is highly regardedLHS *************** - Chloe Rees
