This is a hands‐on planning and coordination role responsible for scheduling machinery through the workshop, managing subcontractors, and ensuring all Australian compliance checks are completed.
You'll play a key part in keeping large and heavy construction machinery moving through the workshop efficiently-balancing planning, procurement, communication, and technical understanding.
This is a 6‐month temporary role with strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate machinery workflow through the workshopEnsure machinery meets relevant Australian standards and compliance requirementsManage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of servicesOversee movement, purchasing, and procurement of parts for heavy machineryMaintain schedules, track progress, and adjust plans as neededLiaise with workshop teams, engineers, and operations staffIdentify bottlenecks and propose practical,



outside‐the‐box solutionsUse Microsoft Projects and internal systems to manage timelines and tasksAbout YouExperience in a workshop, automotive, truck, heavy machinery, or construction environmentBackground in planning or scheduling, ideally with machinery or vehiclesStrong technical understanding; mechanical engineering experience desirableProcess‐driven mindset with solid organisational skillsConfident communicator with the ability to influence and coordinate across teamsCreative problem solver able to think outside the boxComfortable using Microsoft Projects or similar tools (training provided)RequirementsRelevant trade or engineering exposure (mechanical, automotive, fabrication, or workshop)Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft ProjectsFull working rights in AustraliaOn-site availability in RevesbyWhy Apply?
