Operating within a highly secure environment, this organisation is recognised for developing cutting-edge vehicle and hardware systems that support critical national capability.This is a unique prospect for a CAD / Hardware Design Engineer to contribute across the full design lifecycle, combining hands-on 3D CAD expertise with broader hardware engineering and integration exposure.Develop high-quality 3D CAD models and detailed drawings using Creo ParametricDesign and validate mechanical and electrical components and subsystems for complex vehicle platformsProduce and maintain engineering documentation in line with standards and regulatory requirementsConduct tolerance analysis and support design optimisation to ensure manufacturability and performanceSupport prototyping, integration, testing, and validation activitiesWork closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated design solutionsManage CAD data, drawings, and configurations within PLM systems (e.g. Windchill)Ensure compliance with engineering standards, export controls, and security requirementsWhat you'll need to succeedDegree, diploma,
